Inactive Ram Won't Release to AME after long Premiere Sessions

I'm have some huge issues while running Premiere and AME simultaneously after about 6 or so hours, getting this message occasionally:

That's the second one that I got after shutting down Premiere--an error that I actually got two hours into an AME export that I had walked away from--but here's the activity monitor at that time:

As you can see Premiere is shut down, AME is using about half my available RAM and the rest is still stitting there causing crippling memory errors, instead of releasing to AME.

 

It's not like I'm short on RAM and I don't even know if it's a Premiere issue, but I know that when I run only AME I don't have this problem and when I shut down AME it releases the inactive memory first.

 

Could that suggest because I'm pulling my export from an imported Premiere Sequence that the computer decided to lock that RAM in Inactive until the export completes.
