Watch Folder falls asleep and some .MXF files will not import - ADOBE FIX THIS!

I had a working CC version then upgraded to 2014 (8.01.48).

• The watch folder function will eventually (don't know how long it takes) not pick up new files delivered to that folder.  The only remedy is to restart AME which is a pain because we are operating like a factory.

• Some .MXF files with MPEG-2 long GOP and 2-8 channels of audio will not import.  I get a "source files appears to be corrupted" error.  I imported this file with the same settings on two other systems running CS6 and CC (7.2.29).  The same file imports and processes perfectly fine.

ADOBE PLEASE FIX !!!!!
