Blu-ray compliant Dolby codecs vs PCM

I am trying to encode a H264 Blu-ray file and notice a change in the Audio Tab.  Has anyone used the Dolby codecs in CC 2014?  What is the best option to have, PCM or Dolby.  I used to use compressor and build Dolby Digital 5.1 files and than import the surround audio. 

question is:  Whats the best audio format to use and most compatible?  I am not worried about 5.1 audio unless the client ask specifically.
