Using Watch Folders with MXF files

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone out there knows if it's possible to get Media Encoder to recognize MXF files in their wrapper folders when you drop them into a watch folder. Basically I have to send of lots of material for transcription at work, so I set up a watch folder that would add burn in time code to the upper right and compress whatever files I put in there. I was super excited to speed up my workflow, but much to my disappointment Media Encoder wouldn't recognize the MXFs as video files and thusly would not begin auto-encoding. I would take them out of the wrapper file, but it is pretty important that they stay together as one clip. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris
