Media Encoder VERY Slow With Neat Denoiser Effect Applied

Clik here to view.I understand that some 3rd party effects are not GPU accelerated and may take a bit longer to code, but this is ridiculous. I thought there might have been an improvement to this by now. I cannot possibly have a faster computer than i do now, and this is still a serious problem. Do you people at Adobe talk to these 3rd parties about their products? Red Giant is anotherr serious problem. I can't afford to wait for these long render times. I'll go out of business for sure.
