Transcoding XAVC to Apple ProRes 422 for a client

I'm trying to transcode XAVC footage into Apple ProRes 422 for a client who is cutting in FCP 7.  I want to do this in Media Encoder.

In my research I've found that if you export a sequence from Premier you can transcode to prores 422, but I need the clips to remain clips, and not a single sequence.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
