Bluray Exports take a LONG time to Import into Encore CS6 and they require a re-transcoding?!

So I posted this in the Encore forum, but just in case it's better/quicker handled here I figured I'd repost...

Prior to updating the Adobe Suite including Premiere Pro to 8.2, I was able to import Bluray files into Encore CS6 with ease. I had to use the workaround where I delete a line of code in the xmpses file in order to get the chapters to show up in Encore. Now, after the update I can import the files that were exported from the new Premiere Pro and AME but that import process takes SOOO long. Encore shows the import box as "Not Responding" and I just sit and wait it out which can take several minutes for longer videos. The line code that you had to delete in the previous version is there still but this time deleting it has no affect on the import. No error message either unlike the last version. It just hangs for a long time with longer/bigger bluray files. I can import Bluray files created from previous versions of Premiere/AME (prior to the newest 8.2 update) and the imports are almost immediate. So whats up with newly exported?  Any help????

Also, files imported are listed as "Automatic" in the transcode column even though they are already H264 Bluray files. And when I click on it and select "Don't Transcode" it won't change. It stays as Automatic. What is going on?
