When trying to make a WMV of this video and after rendering out lossless from AE and then compressing in Media Encoder, I am getting this strange glitch at the same spot no matter how many times I try to redo the process with different settings within the WMV options. It works fine if I do an MP4, for example, so it seems like the problem is only with WMV files in ME. Just in case, I have completely redone it in AE several times and then put it through ME, but it does the same thing. It looks like a datamosh.
