here and 2 hours , i am trying to export a movie, and i am getting the error

and when i check the error details from the events, it shows this :

encoder error: enc_mp2sr::process_frame () -> seeking to frame 2040 failed () anyone knows what this is??

any clues?

i am running on windows 8.1 and i am having premiere pro cc 2014.2 edition. its the first time i get this error.
