We have Creative Suite CC installed on 7 Intel Mac computers. I'm trying to convert an SD 16x9 Quicktime movie into an mp4. On our earliest Intel Mac (v 1,1), I get the error message when I try to import the file: "The file could not be submitted. The source file appears to be corrupted. Please check that it is a valid file". However, on a new Mac, the clip imports fine and the conversion works as expected.
Does anyone know why one copy of Media Encoder CC won't recognize the file but another will? What am I missing?
