I have a question ... i'd love to hear some input ....
i'm beginning work on a video project for a multinational firm based in Germany. I'll be shooting and producing a brand video for parent company in Hamburg, then providing up to a hundred copies to all their member companies throughout the world. (each one tweaked just slightly to make it unique for that market).
I'm wondering about format: i'm in north america, so always shoot at 4k on my gh4, then output to 1080p, 30fps for my clients on media encoder, or premiere pro.
the client (and the shoot location) is in Hamburg. any reason to shoot at 25 or 50 fps ? when i deliver digital copies all over the world --- since it IS digital ---- would that .mov that ME or PP be universal on every computer in every country in the world at 29.97 ?
should i just shoot at 29.97 like i'm used to, create the master in 29.97 and then render out 25fps versions as needed ?
thanks in advance for your help on this ...
