Batch DSLR footage

Hi,

I would like to batch process a lot of DSLR footage that exists in multiple folders to Apple pro res. The reason is the editor I am working with still works in FCP 7.

I dragged an entire folder over and batched it successfully. Having all of the clips selected allowed me to change the parameters to what I wanted.

THE PROBLEM is that I was unable to change the destination parameters for all the clips at once. I had to do it individually. Does someone have any advice on this front? Or another way the batch process DSLR files in Media Encoder.
