Need to output 4098 x1536 H264 - AME doesn't allow?

I am creating an animation for a large video wall. Specs require H264/mp4. One wall requires 4800x1080 and another requires 4098x1536. Adobe Media Encoder won't let me output beyond 4096x952. I understand that the limit is part of the H264 spec, but multiple A/V vendors are making this request, so there must be a way. But I can't seem to figure it out.
