adobe media encoder July 2015 update making render times 3 hrs plus for 30 min file on Mac

Hi,

  I have just downloaded update for adobe media encoder July 2015 and now media encoder is saying it is going to take  3 hours to render a h.264 file. It used to take about 19 mins for a 30-40 minute file. if i render it straight from adobe premiere when i go to export media it still renders it in the normal time so why is adobe media encoder running so slow, I have a lot of work I need to get done and I just can't seem to work with media encoder they way it is at the moment
