Media encoder 2015 will not render Quicktime mov H.264

I used to render out a Quicktime .mov file from AE and Premier with the H.264 codec. Quality was better than just choosing H.264 as doing a quicktime was the way to go. I noticed that Adobe took this option out and kept it in the Media Encoder. I have read the notice and am trying to Encode from the media encoder but it doesn't work. I even tried to open CS6 and render from their like I used to do. But that fails as well. "Error compiling movie. Unknown error"

Question: Why will this not work? I need a Quicktime .mov file with the H.264 codec!
