Hello everyone!
I have just bought a new laptop and here are the specs:
Intel Core i7 5500u 2.4Ghz - 3.0Ghz boost.
AMD Radeon R9 M375 2GB
8GB RAM DDR3L
1TB HDD
Windows 8.1
My PC has two graphic cards, one is Intel HD Graphics 5500 and the AMD card, they work with switchable graphics.
The problem is, everytime i export a project from After Effects to Adobe Media Encoder, suddenly my Intel HD Graphics driver crashes, but then it recovers itself quickly.
Also, on the last few renders I have done with AME, the quality wasn't the best, and some parts on the video were flickering.
(I've used OpenCL acceleration to render)
Does anyone know why does the Intel card crashes? and is it the reason why the quality is bad?
Also, does Adobe Media encoder support my card at all? (Because NONE of this happens while i use AE)
I know that everyone suggest to replace it with nvidia, but i don't have the opportunity because it's a laptop and i can't change it's inside.
And yes, I have tried to reinstall all my drivers, none of this helps.
Any help?
