I am trying to create a file that can be burn onto a DVD on a Windows Machine.
I'm assuming I need to use the DVD presets. I want to convert to NTSC DV 24.97 fps.
I seen instructions out there that use version of Adobe media Encoder CC that have DVD presets under DVD & Blu-ray. My cloud version does not.
What's going on? Do I not have access to this and I should be getting another higher priced version to do this? Or is this a bug?
