I have been having really slow encode times- probably since installing AME 2015. It seems as though AME is not utilizing system resources. Even GPU-Z is showing the video card (GTX770) as sitting mostly idle. Please help, I have a lot of encoding to do in the coming week or two to meet deadlines, and my only backup is a Mac Mini.
My system:
HP Z620
Windows 10
CPU: Xeon E5-2620v2 @ 2.10GHz (Hex Core HT) x2
Memory: 32GB DDR3-1867
GPU: GeForce GTX770 2GB Driver Version 358.91 (latest)
I have the Adobe Installation on C:\ the Media Cache on D:\ project files and source media on G:\ and all outputting to L:\
Edit: As a point of reference, in the past and encoding job like this would take 12-14 minutes. Now it is taking 35-40.
