I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe Media Encoder. Both are current versions. My video is about an hour long, and when the render finishes, the mp4 file (instead of being roughly 5 gigs) is only 24 bytes. And obviously doesn't play. I've tried multiple times, and the same issue every time. When I try rendering just a small snippet, it works. But rendering the whole project, it results in this 24 byte file. While it's rendering, the temp files are there (the .aac and the .m4v) but once it's done, they're gone, and there's just the mp4. I checked the Adobe preview folders, in case it was maybe saving in there, but it's not. Can anyone help with this? It is really frustrating, because the render takes 8 hours. So this is really causing a headache. I'm rendering to H264 Youtube 720p HD. A pretty popular format. I brought the mbps down a bit in order to make the file size a bit more manageable. But I'm at a loss as to why it's doing this. I've tried rendering it straight from Premiere and rendering it with AME. Both are doing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Karl
