Converting Cineon LOG Image Sequence to Apple ProRes 4444 XQ in Media Encoder CS6

Hello,

     I have a Cineon LOG Image Sequence that I'd like to convert to Apple ProRes 4444 XQ, but I'm not sure of the Procedure.

     I'm using Adobe Media Encoder CS6 on a 2012 Macbook Pro running OS 10.11.2.

     Could you please point me to how to go about it?

     Also, I find that I don't have the ProRes 4444 XQ Preset in Media Encoder... Can I download this from somewhere?
