Recently I have run into a problem with Media encoder where in It stopped showing a dialog box when I click the "+" button, click inside the queue, or select File > add source. It is also not importing files by dragging files to the queue. This has essentially made it almost impossible to import files, I got around this by exporting from aftereffects. However, as of this morning it stopped importing from any source. I have uninstalled encoder and reinstalled it, and deleted the app data but the problem persists. My only two remaining ideas are to go though the time to delete any and all cache files, support files, and registry files pertaining to media encoder. Or format the whole computer, which is a less favorable option. Has anyone else had to deal with this issue? or am I alone in this?
