GPU as video renderer options

Software list:                                                       Hardware list:

Premiere Pro CC 2015                                         NVidia GeForce GTX Titan X

Media Encoder CC 2015

Windows 10 Pro

Relevant information:

Recently transferred computer from its previous case to new rack-mount case.

Previously was able to choose the Titan X as a renderer option in Media Encoder queue box and would render videos out at a fraction of the time it would on my company's Macs. After the transfer, the Titan X is no longer an option. Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is still an option and renders video at a rate equal to our Macs. As well as MPE software only option. Nothing was uninstalled or deleted in the transfer.

My process for rendering video is:

Import to Premiere, cut, color correct, export to Media Encoder queue, and render.

Alternatively, have used Premiere to also render instead of using Media Encoder. (has cut minutes off of total render time. but as a whole not the ideal situation, where previously it had cut a large percentage of time off of total render time)

Troubleshoot attempts:

Reinstalled Media Encoder CC, Premiere Pro CC, CUDA drivers, NVidia drivers.

Checked in Premiere for Video Rendering and Playback options for renderers: MPE CUDA and MPE software only.

Have run GPUSniffer.exe:

--- GPU Computation Info ---

found 1 devices supporting GPU computation.

CUDA Device 0 -

     Name: GeForce GTX TITAN X

     Vendor: NVIDIA

     Capability: 5.2

     Driver: 8

     Total Video Memory: 12288MB

My question is this:

Is there a way to enable only or mostly the GPU to render video? Previously our render times would be minutes as opposed to now it is hours.

Alternate question: Is there a way to enable the GPU as a renderer option in Premiere Pro or Media Encoder? We had the option before and now it is no longer available.

Not sure if I am wording this incorrectly, but thought I would check the forums to see if there was any outside help available. All Google searches have led me back and around Mercury Playback Engine, which is enabled already. Not what I am looking for.

Thank you.
