The TV station I upload to is rejecting my videos because they say it is a variable frame rate. This is the same preset I made awhile ago and have uploaded many spots to them. But ever since 7.1 update, my presets don't work anymore. I don't even know how you'd change a video to a variable framerate. PP and QT read it as 29.97 but when I inspect the video using iMediaHUD, it shows it as:

I checked previous commercials and they show as being constant. I tried re-exporting from CS6 on the same computer and that also results in a variable H264.... so what gives?
