I've searched in FAQ's and Adobe's information but can only find that this problem can occur on Mac OS? I have a PC and I installed Adobe CC 10 Days ago. I also have problems with Adobe After Effects but that's a different problem.
Adobe Media Encoder is central for most Adobe programs, without it I can't save anything to my computer (from Premier Pro or AE). So I'm in desperate need of help. When I try to start Adobe Media Encoder with CC the program just wont start. It launches (the laoding starts) but the program crashes immediately and two messages shows, one were windows is telling me that the program has crashed and Another telling me that windows is searching for the problem and that it will let me know when the problem is fixed. Wich it never does.
I have the latest CC and Media Encoder (2015.3), last updated 3 Days ago. When I search through the CC search for the latest updates it tells me that I have the latest updates so that shouldn't be the problem.
I have;
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
Graphics driver: ADM Radeon R6 Graphics (Radeon 16.7.3)
Can anyone help me out?
I see now that the latest update should be (2015.4) but in my CC apps it says AME (2015.3). When opening the program though it's AME (2015.4) that crashes. Comfused, can this have something to do with my problem?
