change standard system preset

Anybody knows a solution for this problem:

I never use the preset given bij adobe as first choice: HD 1080i 25fps h264

I would like to change this standard preset placeholder. that would speed up my workflow significantly, but can't find a solution to change this anywhere in the program or on the internet.
