DCP File created and checked, but it crashes cinema's servers

I used the AME Wraptor 3.1  codec to create two DCP files to play at a Curzon cinema screening. They both played back fine on QUVIS DCP Player on my macbook, but when loaded onto the cinema's server they show up as a second long and keep crashing the whole system. The cinema say they're is a problem with the file - I need some advice urgently as the screening is tomorrow!
