Particles created in After effects using Particular won't render

Hi,

I tired rendering a composition out of after effects that has several particle systems created using particular. Everything renders find straight out of AFX, but if I send the composition through AME, everything but the particle system will render. I also just ran the latest updates on my system. Before the update, the particles would render but a red X would appear periodically (like I was running the trail). This never happens when I render straight out of AFX. Any suggestions?
