New Macbook plays some videos just fine (youtube etc). But for video that open in a new window of adobe flash player, the video has to stop and buffer constantly. Video won't even play one whole minute without stopping to buffer. It is really annoying. I have a 7+ year old Dell that I was hoping to replace with the Macbook. I try playing the same videos on the old Dell and they play just fine with no buffering at all. Same internet connection and same versions and settings within the adobe player. Is it possible that there is a factory setting somewhere on the macbook that needs to be changed. I just don't understand why this new machine has to buffer every 60 secs and the Dell just plays the video with no problem.
