Hello,
Hoping I can get some help.
I've been editing videos and encoding via Media Encoder for about 6 months. I have a new Gigabyte gaming laptop (PC) running Windows 10.
I have always been able to render videos quickly, and haven't had any problems (aside from one project that was based on a particular source file type - apologies, I can't remember what the file type was...)
Today, rendering videos is causing a major memory drain on my system (I have Premiere and Media encoder installed on my SSD drive, and in addition I have 16g RAM). I have no idea why this is suddenly happening.
And now, I'm having troubles rendering some of my videos, getting varying errors. The most recent is Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an error [..\..\Src\AESupport.cpp-89] (I didn't note the others down, I just tried doing system restarts etc to fix).
Can someone let me know what the problem might be, and if there's a fix?
Thanks!
