Adobe YOUR REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! I have been working on this crashing problem for 8 hours now and I still can't find a fix. I spent a lot of money on your product and this poor excuse for customer service is not fixing it! I am tired of reading everyone else problems on forums on how they think they know how to fix your problems and you have yet to give a solid fix. I have installed and re-installed AME and Primer Pro and it still crashes. I'm really getting tired of this and I want you to fix it ASAP. Make a simple video and explain what the problem is and how to fix it. Put it out there and stop beating around the bush with all these forum crap.
